2025 Progress Report

Intermountain Infrastructure Group, LLC
Accessibility Plan – Canada
2024-2027

INTRODUCTION

On June 1, 2024, Intermountain Infrastructure Group, LLC (“IIG”) published its 2024-2027 Accessibility Plan, which sets forth IIG’s commitments to enhancing the accessibility of our services. This Progress Report, which has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Accessible Canada Act and its regulations (“ACA”), explains efforts we have made towards ensuring equal access and participation for people with disabilities.

CONSULTATIONS

IIG understands that consultations with people with disabilities are essential to developing an Accessibility Plan that supports their needs. We have engaged consultants that specialize in accessibility and those that represent disability communities to provide feedback and recommendations on how we can promote accessibility with our employment practices and customer interactions. IIG continues to research and seek opportunities to consult with people with disabilities and organizations who support people with disabilities.

FEEDBACK

IIG works with customers relative to accessibility and welcomes feedback relative to the accessibility of its services. The Accessibility Plan, as well as information concerning the feedback process, can be made available upon request in various accessible formats.

Since June 1, 2023, IIG has also maintained a process for receiving and responding to feedback regarding accessibility of services in Canada. Our Chief Financial Officer is the designated person for receipt of accessibility feedback.

STATUS OF EFFORTS IN KEY AREAS

EMPLOYMENT

IIG continues to work towards a fully equitable employment environment. IIG provides guidance to employees concerning the accessibility of services and responsiveness to employee inquiries concerning issues of accessibility. To that end, IIG has made the following progress over the past year:

A full-time Human Resources Generalist was hired to oversee all Human Resource matters including supporting employees who need accommodation and providing guidance to relevant employees concerning accessibility of services and responsiveness to employee inquiries concerning issues of accessibility. This Human Resources Generalist will work with employees to identify specific limitations and needs and work collaboratively toward a solution. IIG also established an internal focus group led by the Human Resources Generalist to identify and address any physical and attitudinal barriers in the workplace.

THE BUILT ENVIRONMENT

IIG does not have a physical office in Canada, so there are no action steps for IIG at this time.

COMMUNICATIONS RELATED TO EMPLOYMENT AND THE BUILT ENVIRONMENT

As stated above, IIG hired a Human Resources Generalist where requests for disability accommodations can be submitted.

TRANSPORTATION

IIG does not offer transportation services.

INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES

IIG reviews new content on its website and works with customers to advise them of available options for accessibility. IIG will continue to employ feedback processes reasonably accessible to people with disabilities upon request and invite feedback concerning accessibility.

DESIGN AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES (INCLUDING CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS)

IIG provides primarily specialized technology services to global enterprises. IIG works to ensure that our services can be used by all on an equitable basis. IIG continues to work with its current and potential customers to develop solutions to address any specific accessibility needs.

IIG recognizes that accessible communication is key to positive relationships with customers. To that end, IIG trains team members on responding to individuals with accessibility challenges and address requests from customers relative to communications accessibility. Further, the Human Resources Generalist supports the Sales and Operations Teams to ensure that any accommodation requests from our customers are addressed in a timely manner.

PROCUREMENT OF GOODS, SERVICES, AND FACILITIES

Over the past year, IIG reviewed its policies and standards relative to suppliers meeting accessibility requirements. IIG will continue to consider updates to these policies as needed in response to feedback concerning barriers to accessibility and communicate accessibility expectations and requirements to new and existing suppliers.
